We have developed a comprehensive rice knockout mutant library that targets to transcription factors (TFs) across the entire rice genome. By employing high-throughput oligo pools, mixed-oligo pools, and one-step single oligo constructs, we generated 6,700 gene-edited events across 1,553 non-lethal TFs, encompassing 56 TF families, which represents approximately 83% coverage of all TFs in the rice genome
